Do I need to own a property?

No. Most operators start by renting units with the landlord's permission and running them as short-term rentals. We cover how those deals work and what to check before you sign.

How much money do I need to start?

It depends on your city. The webinar walks through a real first-unit budget so you can work out your own number before you commit.

Does this work in my country?

Yes. The operating systems are the same everywhere. Local rules differ, so we show you how to check permits and limits in your city.
